Norby Networks changing company's brand to Baltnetos komunikacijos group

In the end of July Baltnetos komunikacijos, provider of complex IT and data transfer solutions for business sector, acquired Norby Networks. Therefore company Norby Networks has changed its brand to Baltnetos komunikacijos group.

After changing the brand, company's name and details have stayed the same, as well as the order of payment. As it was officially announced in the letter to the customers, Baltnetos komunikacijos will take over and continue to fulfill all the obligations to the clients of Norby Networks. Therefore the usual principles and conditions of collaboration with clients will remain.

It is planned to merge Norby Networks UAB and Baltnetos komunikacijos UAB into one juridical entity at the end of the year.
