• Norby Networks changing company brand to Baltnetos komunikacijos group In the end of July Baltnetos komunikacijos, provider of complex IT and data transfer solutions for business sector, acquired Norby Networks. Therefore company Norby Networks has changed its brand to Baltnetos komunikacijos group.
  
  
• Norby Networks acquired by Baltnetos Komunikacijos The complex IT and data communication solutions company Baltnetos Komunikacijos has acquired all of Norby Networks shares from investment fund Martinson Trigon. Norby Networks is a spin-off company of MicroLink Lietuva (rebranded from 01.04.2008 as HOSTEX UAB). It was a subdivision of MicroLink Lietuva providing internet, data communication, IT outsourcing and fixed telephony services. The value of the transaction has not been revealed.
